Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Carolina Chase released her debut album, warwick, on September 25, 2026, as she makes a mark in the indie pop scene with emotionally candid songwriting. At just sixteen years old, Chase is already involved with some of indie music’s biggest producers. For this LP, Chase worked with award winning composer and producer Andy Huckvale, as they worked together on the atmosphere, and electronic leaning, sound of the album.
Carolina Chase has been involved in the singer-songwriter craft for many years now, as she has been writing her own songs since the age of nine, and released her first collection of music by twelve. In 2025, Chase released her single “the flowers,” which brought her music career to a new level of recognition. Ever since then, she has been releasing singles to promote her debut LP, all of which unveil the sound that the album has. The series of singles include “microscope reality,” “a tension,” “have you let go yet?” (featuring Tyler Lyle of The Midnight), and most recently, “on my mind.”
Carolina Chase describes warwick as “themed heavily on the need for closure.” As the process of writing each song allowed for her to let go of specific things, she found the album process to be therapeutic, as well as a way for her to discuss her emotions in a vulnerable way.
